Churchil Raw for Kenyans was 30 minutes of showcasing new Kenyan talent.May of the famous and growing comedians had a boost from the Raw show. Great acts such as Teacher Wanjiku, Sleepy David, Shiks Kapienga an Akuku Danger were all given an opportunity on Churchill Raw to rise.
He later explained on his Instagram post that ending the Raw version of his show will create space for finding new content to keep his fans more entertained. Most of us are tired of the common ethnic jokes of a Kikuyu spent money there or a Kalejin ran there or a Luhya ate this, such jokes have become boring.
With the numbers of great comedians rising in Kenya such as the known President Kingston, Miss Brenda Johns, Flaqo, Chebet Ronoh and the Mbogi wa Kimonyoski hitmaker Kartelo, I think it is a great idea for Churchill to take a break and get a new set of laughter.

Everyone needs an opportunity and as Churchill says every successful talent is a product of a process. Many Kenyans hearts are broken because the show was a stress reliever during the weekdays and of course laughter is the best medicine.
From his jokes of Kariobangi and East lands Butita has surely mastered the art of comedy and how to make his audience laugh by connecting what happens on the ground with what people can relate with. #ChurchillRawFinale pic.twitter.com/E6mdfMJJE0
